After an international break, both for the team and the fans, Forest return to action with a tough encounter against league frontrunners Cardiff City. The Bluebirds Red Dragons have made a good start to the season, so much so that they have shipped former Reds’ favourite Robbie Earnshaw to Kuwait.
Forest may well be missing Henri Lansbury, Sam Hutchinson and Jermaine Jenas, although the latter has tweeted to suggest that he should be fit and well. However, Dexter Blackstock is still (ridiculously) suspended (bitter? me? surely not!).
In other news, Sean O’Driscoll has confirmed that he is not in the market for any more loan signings, simply because we wouldn’t be able to fit them into the matchday squad.
As usual, we will be providing live updates during the match and a post-match podcast to review what should be a decent match.
As it has been a while since we have posted, may we refer you to LTLF’s round-up of recent events, and their excellent precis of the significance of the Peterborough victory and the signing of Chris Cohen.
