According to the official website, Forest have agreed a fee to sign Kelvin Wilson, and hope to agree personal terms soon.
However, this is not the whole story – the Preston site reports that PNE have also accepted a bid from Doncaster Rovers. Hopefully the fact that Wilson is a Nottingham boy will help swing him our way…
Aside from his playing ability, I am instantly suspicious of Wilson as he appears to have a tattoo on his neck (see pic).
